What We Do
We do it one engagement at a time. Each property is analyzed so we can learn its unique characteristics. We independently prepare our estimate of value to compare to the assessor’s mass appraisal valuation. Our team does not recommend appeals where the assessor’s valuation is appropriate.
Our work is done on our client’s behalf, so we are careful to consider their other organizational priorities. In other words, we work for our clients with specific authorization and transparency to ensure a big-picture perspective.
The bottom line is that every matter is unique and must be evaluated and discussed individually. We are eager to look beyond the obvious to find ways to help our clients manage their property tax obligations.
